How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1 — Email Request

Send an email to byronv32@gmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" including your name, platform used, and approximate date of last interaction. We will process your request within 30 days.

Option 2 — Via Facebook

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Your Facebook Information → Off-Facebook Activity
2. Find "Hermes Social" in the list
3. Select "Clear History" for that app

Option 3 — Via TikTok

1. Go to TikTok Settings → Privacy → Apps and Websites
2. Find "Hermes Social" and revoke access
3. Then email byronv32@gmail.com with subject "TikTok Data Deletion"

What Gets Deleted

• Your conversation history with the automated assistant
• Your Page-Scoped ID (PSID), Instagram-Scoped ID (IGSID), or TikTok Open ID
• Any case notes associated with your interactions
