Hermes Social (App ID: 1963218884556605) is a server-to-server customer service assistant for VC & Asociados Business Group - Lex Legal Law Firm, Santo Domingo - Quito, Ecuador. The app automates responses to client inquiries via Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, WhatsApp Business, and publishes content to TikTok.

2. Data We Collect

• Facebook Page information (name, ID, follower count, posts)
• Instagram professional account info (username, bio, followers, media list)
• Messages and comments sent to our accounts by users who initiate contact
• Page-Scoped User IDs (PSIDs) and Instagram-Scoped IDs (IGSIDs)
• Webhook event data (timestamps, text, media attachments)

3. How We Use Data

• To respond automatically to client inquiries about legal services
• To route conversations to human agents when needed
• To maintain conversation history for service continuity
• We do NOT sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties
• We do NOT use data for advertising or profiling purposes

4. Data Storage

Conversation data is stored in an encrypted SQLite database on a private server (Hostinger, Lithuania/USA). Data is retained for a maximum of 90 days. Media files are processed in memory and not stored.
