Server-to-server integration — no Meta Login for end users: This app uses a permanent Page Access Token and Instagram access token configured server-side by the account administrator. End users never see a Meta Login screen. The OAuth flow below is shown for App Review verification only.

ventas hermes is a server-to-server customer-service assistant for VC & Asociados Business Group, a law firm in Ecuador. It automatically replies to WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram Direct Messages and comments, using a permanent access token — no end-user OAuth is required in production.
